Vantage Apparel, a midsize manufacturer, is the nation’s top source for custom logo apparel, with key end clients including Fortune 500 companies, resorts, golf courses, colleges, and casinos. If you’ve been to a store that has employees wearing shirts with logos, there is a very good chance that the product or logo decoration was done by Vantage Apparel. We’ve been the leading innovator in the promotional apparel industry since 1977, and we are looking to hire a Receiver that exemplifies the innovation for which Vantage Apparel is known.
Receivers are responsible for all functions and paperwork relating to receiving. They will operate forklift in a safe and proper manner. The receiving main duties often include unloading shipments, as well as verifying that their contents are correct and that no items are damaged.
The Receiver will:
- Move goods to Bulk warehouse or picking location if needed.
- Move goods from receiving to QA for inspection.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Reporting to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.
- Performing other duties as allotted by a manager or supervisor.
- Stacking empty pallets.
- Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds.
- Making note of any damaged goods or any other discrepancies and reporting.

| Qualifications: |
Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read labels and numbers.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in the English language.
