Description: Vantage Apparel, a midsize manufacturer is the nation’s top source for custom logo apparel, with key end clients including Fortune 500 companies, resorts, golf courses, colleges, and casinos. If you’ve been to a store that has employees wearing shirts with logos, there is a very good chance that the product or logo decoration was done by Vantage Apparel. We’ve been the leading innovator in the promotional apparel industry since 1977, and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our award-winning team.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a positive attitude and collaborative customer service style, with a talent for interacting, and driving interaction with our diverse customer base. They should enjoy and excel in understanding customer behaviors and business drivers that will enable them to solve the customer’s problems and enhance the experience. Having the skills of being a self- starter, proficient with excel, and working in a fast paced environment are the cornerstones to being a successful member of the Vantage Apparel customer service team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Works with all customers to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience
  • Ensures a timely response to customer inquiries relating to Vantage product line and services
  • Responsible for quoting jobs to customers via the Vantage ERP system
  • Works with customer issues and resolves by working with other departments for corrective action
  • Review customer PO’s before order entry
  • Answer basic billing inquires
  • Respond to all customer emails in a timely manner
  • Answer online chat questions
  • Is proficient with the entire Vantage Apparel line and the various decoration methods for each product
  • Work with Customer Service Team leader, superuser, customer service manager and VP of Customer Experience to ensure proper customer experience is being delivered
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • MS Excel – must be proficient
  • Web internet – navigation of Web a must
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proven self-starter with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi task projects
  • Proven organizational and problem solving skills
  • Art/creative experience a plus
