Position Overview
The Team Leader in Packing is responsible for working directly with the Packing Supervisor and the Production Coordinator to make sure all orders are packed on time correctly and in an efficient way. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all planned orders are shipped on time.
Responsibilities:
- Coach team on how to improve packing
- Help set up all packing machines so that packing can begin when the shift starts at 4:30 PM to minimize downtime
- Make sure that all orders are packed correctly by ship date
- Have open lines of communication with the Packing Supervisor, Production Coordinator and various team leaders
- Provide appropriate training for new employees
- Review errors and complaints and take the appropriate action
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: |
- A self-starter with problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize and multi task
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
